SGD

I've decided to start this ... not sure how long i will be able to stick with it because of school and everything ... I'm starting on Thursday if anyone wants to join me? My birthday is tomorrow so can't do it then :/ i will be posting my daily intake and workout!  We can do this!

UPDATE!!!

Right ... gone through and deleted all the posts that no longer worked :) Going to start this up again ... Anyone want to help? I'm going to be posting diets ... Low calorie recipes ... Workouts and I will ALWAYS be here to answer any of your questions :)

Thinspo-Anorexia Nervosa


Cucumber Salad


Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

3-5 persian cucumbers (with peel) (or regular cucumbers without peel or "striped")
1 red onion
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. sugar
dash of salt and pepper

Directions

Slice onions and cucumber very thin slices & place in shallow dish.
Stir together vinegar, water, sugar, salt, pepper and pour over onions and cucumber.
Cover and marinate at least an hour.
The longer this sits, the tastier it gets.
May be made a day ahead.

Makes about 6 servings.
(For more servings just add more cucumber and onion.)

Low cal Egg Drop Soup!

Low cal Egg Drop Soup

1/2 cup of chicken broth (8 cals)
2 egg whites (34 cals)
1/4 cup of water
1 green onion minced (8 cals)
1/4 cup of corn (33 cals)

Get chicken broth, water, and salt and pepper to a boil. After a minute of boiling add green onions, egg whites, and corn. Turn down to medium heat. Cook 5 minutes while stirring clockwise constantly. enjoy! c:
